Room rates are per-room per-night.
Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
High season period during 1 July - 15 September 2010 and 21 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season and 45 (forty five) days during high season.
No show, cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner (31 December 2010) at US$ 30 nett /pax.
Airport transfer service is available at additional US$ 10 nett /car /way.
