Terms & Conditions:

Room rates are per-villa per-night.
Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
High season surcharge (20 July - 15 September 2011 & 20 December 2011 - 7 January 2012) at US$ 33 nett /room /night.
Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season and 30 (thirty) days during high season.
No show, cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Airport transfer service is available at additional Rp 100,000 nett /car /way.
