• Room rates are per-room per-night.
• Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
• Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
• High season surcharge during 1 July - 15 September 2011 at US$ 17 nett /room /night.
• Peak season surcharge during 20 December 2011 - 5 January 2012 at US$ 28 nett /room /night.
• Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season period.
• No show, cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival during high season, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
