• Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
• Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
• High season surcharge (1 July - 31 August 2009) at US$ 17 nett /room /night.
• Peak season surcharge (20 December 2009 - 5 January 2010) at US$ 27 nett /room /night.
• Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
