• Room rates are per-suite per-night.
• Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
• Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
• High season period during 1 July - 4 September 2011, 21 December 2011 - 10 January 2012 and 20 - 26 February 2012.
• Minimum stay 3 (three) nights is required during high season period.
• High season surcharge at US$ 22 nett /suite /night for a One Bedroom Suite and One Bedroom Suite with Private Pool.
• High season surcharge at US$ 42 nett /suite /night for a Two Bedrooms Suite
• Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season and 21 (twenty one) days during high season.
• No show, cancellation made less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival during high season, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
