Terms & Conditions:

Room rates are per-room per-night.
Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
High season surcharge (1 - 31 July 2010 and 1 - 12 September 2010) at US$ 20 nett /room /night.
Peak season surcharge (24 December 2010 - 3 January 2011) at US$ 27 nett /room /night.
Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 30 (thirty) days during high season or 45 (forty five) days during peak season.
No show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing with adults in same room and using the existing bedding, are free of charge.
Breakfast for children up to 6 years old are free of charge and 6 - 12 years old are 50% discount.
Airport transfer service is available at additional US$ 8 nett /car /way.
