Newly completed in 2007, Clio offers highly designed spaces featuring all stainless steel fittings down to custom designed taps and polished concrete bathtubs, Clio is unique in details and considerations of living in the tropics.
Clio does not have a pool, ensuring a good nights sleep with out being woken up in the middle of the morning by loud tourists, instead there is a Zen style grassed garden and courtyard bordered by Balinese temples and water wall. Due to its convenient downtown location, most local restaurants are walking distance away or deliver at no extra charge. Seminyak’s best beaches are only 2 - 5 minutes by scooter ride through the shopping district.

- Room rates are per-room per-night.
- Minimum stay 3 nights is required for all seasons.
- Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
- Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
- Low season period during February, March, April, May, October and November.
- High season period during January, June, July, August, September and December.
- Full payment in advance should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- 50% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival during low season and 30 (thirty) days during high season.
- No show, cancellation made less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Airport transfer service is available at additional US$ 10 nett /car /way.
