• Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
• Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
• High season surcharge (1 July - 10 September 2011): US$ 22 nett /room /night.
• Peak season surcharge (20 December 2011 - 5 January 2012): US$ 27 nett /room /night.
• Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
• No show, cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
• Airport transfer service is available at additional Rp 85,000 nett /car /way.
