Room rates are per-villa per-night.
Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
High season period during 1 July - 15 September 2010, 1 December 2010 - 15 January 2011 and Easter week.
Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season and within 30 (thirty) days during high season.
No show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Airport transfer service is available at additional US$ 10 nett /car /way.
