• Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
• Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
• High season period during 15 July - 31 August 2010, 8 - 13 September 2010 and 20 December 2010 - 10 January 2011.
• Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season and 30 (thirty) days during high season.
• No show, cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
