Terms & Conditions:

Room rates are per-villa per-night.
Check-in time at 2.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00 pm.
High season surcharge (1 July - 31 August 2010 and 23 December 2010 - 5 January 2011) at US$ 23 nett /room /night.
Lebaran surcharge (5 - 16 September 2010) at US$ 23 nett /room /night.
Deposit or full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, within 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
No show, cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Airport transfer service is available at additional US$ 10 nett /car /way.
